Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at www.thequietedition.com, operated by SEPT VENTURES LIMITED (HK Business Registration No. 80732203), trading as "The Quiet Edition".

1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Every order is sent fully tracked and insured.

2. Processing time
Orders begin processing the same business day and are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, your package will arrive at your delivery address within 6 to 15 calendar days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control.

4. Carriers
We dispatch via DHL or FedEx, selected per shipment based on destination and service availability. All shipments are tracked.

5. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There is no minimum order value.

6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

7. Customs duties and import taxes
All import duties and taxes are included. The price you see at checkout is the final amount, and there are no additional fees to pay on delivery.

8. Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not been delivered within 25 calendar days of dispatch, please contact us at info@thequietedition.com. We will open a carrier investigation and work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.

9. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
