This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at www.thequietedition.com, operated by SEPT VENTURES LIMITED (HK Business Registration No. 80732203), trading as "The Quiet Edition".
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.
2. Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00pm Hong Kong Time (HKT) begin processing the same business day. All orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, your package will arrive at your delivery address within 6–15 calendar days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control.
4. Carriers
We dispatch via DHL or FedEx, selected per shipment based on destination and service availability. All shipments are tracked.
5. Shipping cost
We charge a flat rate of $25 USD per order, worldwide. Orders over $250 USD ship free.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
7. Customs duties and import taxes
Depending on your destination country, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
8. Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not been delivered within 25 calendar days of dispatch, please contact us at info@thequietedition.com. We will open a carrier investigation and work with the carrier to locate or replace your shipment.
9. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
