This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from www.thequietedition.com, operated by SEPT VENTURES LIMITED (HK Business Registration No. 80732203), trading as "The Quiet Edition" ("we", "us", "our").
1. Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible, please contact us at info@thequietedition.com within this window with your order number to initiate a return.
2. Condition of returned items
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Specifically:
- Tags and security tags, where attached, must remain in their original position
- Footwear must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags (where provided), placed inside a protective outer box
- When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the original shoe box
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals attached and in unopened, undamaged packaging (where applicable). Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments
- Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging and documents provided
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with all seals intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
3. Factory seconds
Our products are factory seconds and may include minor cosmetic variations disclosed in each listing. Returns will not be accepted for imperfections that were described or pictured in the product listing. Please review listings carefully before ordering.
4. Final sale items
Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty beyond what was disclosed in the listing.
5. How to start a return
Email us at info@thequietedition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
6. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service — we are not liable for returns lost in transit. If the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty beyond what was disclosed, we will cover return shipping costs.
7. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
8. Exchanges
Because our stock is limited and sells quickly, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. If you wish to swap a piece, please contact us at info@thequietedition.com.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@thequietedition.com. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
